What a cohort cycle looks like

Small cohorts receive a printed-style digital kit with pacing cues, optional prompts, and links to the map hub. Leaders can mirror the same materials in internal channels without making performance comparisons between individuals.

We document how data is handled in our privacy materials and keep forms short so participation remains voluntary.

Shared loops, transparent notes

Each team posts brief narrative updates rather than numeric comparisons. The relay hub highlights cooperative energy so donations unlock only after a group threshold—not after individual rankings.

Milestone cards stay editable

Teams can reorder cards when projects shift. Nothing is stamped as final; language keeps room for revisions so internal communications feel current.

Signal a collective finish (demo)

This button simulates a gentle synchronized pulse and copper confetti for teams previewing the experience. It is optional, has no tracking attached, and can be ignored.
